Crazy At Nickelodeon! (A Hysteria Special)

Well, as some of you may know, I went to a private (and fun) tour of Nickelodeon Studios for a very likely internship or maybe even a job and I will tell you all... it was the nicest, happiest environment I've encountered... I will say I was kinda shy about using my phone as a camera, so I didn't really take a whole lot of photos.
Everyone there is super friendly and I got to meet many people, including the voice actor Dee Bradley who voiced various characters like Momo and Appa as well as various characters, I didn't see Tom Kenny, I figured he was down the road at CN. I met quite a few of the artists, sound engineers, video editors... and my guide (who is high up) showed me all of the main building at Nickelodeon, and I got to meet many fabulous artists, such as Jay Shultz who is an avid dragon lover like I am, and did a quick drawing of a cute dragon and signed it for me. And this going to be put in a glorious frame when this crazy lady gets home. :)
"He will let you pet you, but only to bite you." Jay Shultz.
"This is so awesome..."

Me in one of the studios being silly with permission.

I learned the process for making episodes (it takes a long time let's just say) and first, they start off by meeting up, and writing scripts and seeing which ones would be the best for airing, they pick the script they will do; have the voice actors quote the script, then they will do storyboard, then an animatic (a rough animation) with a timing director helping keep the timing for the dub and animatic right, and send it off to be animated elsewhere, which they're planning on animating here soon.
This was in the machine room... of so many machines... o.=.o

The complaint department button!I think we need one.
I got to see the machines they use that my guide designed and built, (o.=.o... machiiiines...) and I will say that was pretty cool, they also use high quality VHS tapes for storing, and airing every single episode of all their shows on them... why? To keep the quality good, and to prevent scratches on the master copies.

I hope to be able to go again, but next time as an intern, or maybe even working there. I can't tell you how nice it was to be able to be around people who have a similar personality to you, who has shared the same experiences in school... it was an experience I won't forget.
And I will leave you one of the drawings they had on their cabinets!! Aang vs Cell!
